Charged my wife nearly $3000 over a year while I was working out of town for mostly alignment and tires. last time they said they couldn't align it at all and sent me to an rude undercarriage guy. We went to a AAA recommended shop instead where it was promptly aligned. Our lug nuts kept turning up missing which finally convinced my wife to go somewhere else

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Calling to schedule a time helps, especially when the work is more than an oil change.
I've had easily a half dozen full sets of tires, and that many more singles installed here over the years. Purchased tires here, and had delivered by other online stores as well.
Would highly recommend for standard maintenance, oil changes, and tires on your vehicle.
Why does Sears Holding deem it so necessary to have such expensive products?
They didn't put oil back into my car and totalled it. It took 3 months for their insurance company, Sedgewick, to work with me on replacing the car they killed.
Standard oil change and checkup has always gone smooth.
