We ended up renting not one but two cars At Enterprise from Air Port and In Lake Charles Local. It was nice to have them available when we landed and the next day when we needed. I did learn this trip that they will accept the car back at another location if there is a medical emergency and also that if you need to drive the car elsewhere to drop off (with a fee attached). The only drawback was the local business had time restrictions that they were open and no drop box in case I could not get in there at their time. Other than that they were very accomadating.
I ride a motorcycle as my primary transportation. When I need a car I always rent it from Enterprise and I'm always happy with their outstanding service.

We recently rented a van from Enterprise to drive from Lake Charles, LA. to Pittsburg, PA. The whole rental experience was great; from obtaining upfront rental rates, to the professional service given at the L.C. rental office, to the quality of the van rented, the overall experience was exceptional!
The employees here are complete idiots! Little snobs that don't understand the first thing about customer service nor do they have any business sense! Over a month to receive a refund on a rental paid by an insurance company, manager too busy to handle the issue. I would suggest to go to another location!!!
Service is great. The last few times I've rented, the first car presented needed attention. I understand the previous driver using the vehicle as an ashtray, but placing that same vehicle back onto the rental list without first thoroughly eliminating the aroma is ridiculous for a company whose primary business is the leasing of vehicles.
