We have rented from this location for many years. Dave and Alex are the best. They will go out of their way to help. If there is anything ever wrong and they know about it they get it fixed. If your reading reviews to decide who to rent from.... rent from them,
Is there a star less than 1? That's what I would give this place. The lady that answered the phone had a really bad attitude. How do you expect someone to get a rental from you when you have such a bad mouth. That's going to be my first and last time with them calling to get a rental.
Dont use this company. Called to get a one hour extension which the local office granted answering "Thank you for calling Budget Lake Charles. Then we washed the car taking 27 extra minutes. They charged us an extra day and she closed out the contract so we couldn't fix it knowing we were disputing the extra day. We were polite but she left a note telling other reps not to give us a credit. I was on the phone with 8 different reps who wouldn't help unless I had a name and then the rep accused me of swearing which I did not. (I don't consider "friggin" swearing.) I have the receipt from the carwash. Why would I be polite and wash the car in the rain if we hadn't been granted the extra hour?!
Alex and Dave are really the nicest and most courteous agents I have ever dealt with I have been going there for many many years and they are also very fast. They will go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this budget
