If you want to buy a book in Lake Charles, this is the place to look for it. As in may good used bookstores, you may have to dig to find what you want. For instance, notice that the classics sections is in two separate places, with one set of classics shelves at ground level under a few shelves of more popular books. Diligent hunting will be rewarded. The friendly staff is a plus.
You can trade in your paperbacks for store credit only but they don't accept hardcovers.

Nice guy working there with a massive book selection. If only they had books on the Unabomber... but awesome non fiction selection! Oh but no kid books...
