They signed me up for autopay even though I explicitly and repeatedly told them not to and then proceeded to bill me for my old unit the month after I vacated it and let them know. I will update my review accordingly once they've had a chance to respond.
I think it's awesome that there is also fed ex and ups drop off in here.
They charged me for an extra month AFTER I moved out and the (eventually) refunded it after I complained.
Very nice people that work there, friendly , and very helpful. Storage areas ,aren't always the cleanest.. But when you have that many of them . It's easy to understand how it would be hard to keep up with it all.
We didn't have problem with them.
