I didn't like the fact their commercial had all Caucasian potential home buyers, when Lake Charles is now a multi cultural people of color.
I don't like to pay rent.
Second worst renting experience only to a slum lord in Biloxi. Lived in 1 of their rentals for almost 4 years, had to prorate 2 weeks early to clean before we could move in, was disgusting (food in closets). Now that we are moving out in the middle of the month, they won't prorate that, must pay for whole month. Beyond the fact that the house we are in had a tree fall on it in March, it's now September and there is still a hole in the roof. They don't seem to care about that. I literally have NOTHING good to say about Bessette!
