Very sorry, ordered item from walmart got 2 different emails from post office saying one item delivered at door and 1 minute later another package was handed to customer. Never received any item and now walmart is trying to locate it.
Was on hold for over an hour. Yes it's the holidays and yes it's a busy season but I payed for two day shipping just to be told I will have to wait another day.
Just received my new Note 8 today, the same day I was supposed to receive my phone case and screen protector from USPS-70605. Instead, I'm told it's ready for pick-up because they couldn't access my front door? You can see from the road or I'm sure even fit the package in my mailbox... Sounds like an unethical employee be lazy. Tax dollars at work. Seems to be standard practice at this location after reading other reviews... Wouldn't it be nice if government agencies cared about customer service.
All of a sudden my packages can't be delivered because they don't have access to my apartment? I DON'T LIVE IN AN APARTMENT! Find a different excuse. Funny it is a few weeks before Christmas. Someone is going to have fun opening my grand kids presents
I was home at 3pm, tracking said packages were delivered to front door at 3:51pm. No one came to my house. I tried going to USPS, and they looked at me like I was stupid. They told me it was delivered. Well it wasn’t. I called the national number, waited on hold for over an hour. I got a case number for my missing packages. The driver has free gifts for his kids this Christmas. Never use usps if you have a choice. They are the absolute worst.
