Able installed a heater in my house a few years ago. It has worked fine. This year I couldn't get the pilot light to work. A man from Able came out and lit it right away, charging $100 for a very brief time. The next day the heater went off again and I called. Since it was a Saturday they said it would be $150 minimum to come out and take a look. It was obvious to me that the initial visit was superficial and that the plumber hadn't checked out the heater thoroughly at all. So I wasted my $100. I will not call this plumber again.
