Had to make some copies and they were quick and friendly to help and very cheap.
DO NOT STORE TOUR BELONGINGS HERE!!!!We have all of our furniture stored here that we pay over $100 for a month. It flooded during the recent storm and everything was ruined! The contract does state that they're not responsible for the damage done, which I understand. However, having been a business owner myself , they should give the people who did lose all their belongings a discount on they're rent! We pay a lot of money to store here as well as others. When I told the manager about this he just looked at me and told me they didn't make it rain! This manager had no care at all about this at all! After all it wasn't his furniture, so why should he care! Do not store your furniture or belongings here!
We had some minor dissatisfaction at the very beginning. Upon termination of our contract, I expected a partial refund and was told that that was NOT going to happen. I had conversation with the desk clerk(female) at the Moss Bluff location, who was very understanding and respectful to my complaint. She escalated it to the General Manager, Jennifer Watts, based on the unresolved complaints in the past and current unresolved issue. Very quickly, I got a response from the Gen Manger, Jennifer, who was very understanding and apoligetic for all of the unresolved issues. She proceeded to give me a refund on my departure. In my opinion, the Gen Manager, Jennifer Watts, went above and beyond customer satisfaction and it is because of THAT, that I will recommend Her company to all of my friends and family.
