Horrible place of business and they never answer the phone , you have to drive all the way there just to get answers
Didn't have to wait very long. Great costumer service but don't waste your time trying to call. The line is ALWAYS busy!
A year ago this place was clean and nice. I was in and out within minutes.The people were friendly. Just went in and the front desk lady shouldn't be working with public. The most rude person I've met lately and trash every where outside. I'll be going to the title place for all of my DMV needs from here on out!
Horrible customer service. Lazy worthless people who work there. They do not provide you the information you need. They send you on a goose chase trying to collect the information you need to bring BC they make you have to go back and forth from not telling you up front what you need to bring, until you have run out time and leave with nothing. Was there at opening. 1 star for having 1 receptionist and 2 tellers for 60 people. I waited over an hour and I was only 5th in line. They charged me a convienience fee ironically for using my debit instead of cash, which angered me since my taxes already pay for them. They are lucky they are my only option, otherwise I would go elsewhere in Lake Charles.
