The staff was friendly but Dr. Broussard was not. She assumed things about my condition before she knew the details. She asked me why I didn't go see my doctor when my ailment arose a week prior to my visit. My condition is one that takes time to progress to the point of seeing a doctor, and I had woke up in pain that Sunday morning and decided I needed to go. She hurried about the visit in an extremely impersonal and seemingly rude manner. Toward the end of the visit she gave me my file with attached prescription and offered no additional advice for furthering my care. Also I was not directed where to bring my file to finish up my billing process. If you are going to use this place I suggest asking who the doctor on duty is before you commit to being seen.
Dr. Broussard had the WORST bedside manner of any doctor we have seen. She also managed to write an incorrect RX for my husband. Our family will never be back.
This place was a pleasure. I came in an hour before closing on Saturday and was treated like family. I was treated by Dr. Barootes who went above and beyond to make sure I understood my diagnosis. I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews but based of my visit I would highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone. Also, this facility is extremely rare in that you are seen by a medical doctor instead of a nurse.
Bought my son last night. The dr that saw him didnt seem to know what she was doing. All i got from her was i dont know and maybe. She sent me to er and they didnt understand why an xray wasnt done. (His rib area was hurting and he was in alot of pain) i will never waste my time bringing anyone here again.
Can't believe all the bad stars the treated my son so good after he broke a bone in his leg everyone was so nice except the receptionist wasn't friendly at all didn't even asked if we needed a doc excuse or paperwork about follow up instructions
