My experience at Roll has never been anything less than 5 stars. From the upbeat and addicting workouts to the delicious cold-pressed juices and eucalyptus towels this place will have you leaving with total satisfaction.
I signed up for the three month committment for $69 a month. They deducted $69 in July, August and September. I thought i was done. Well today they took $69 out AGAIN!!! Apparently when my covworker signed me up, the lady at roll said a 12 month contract was signed. Very sneaky!! So now the Roll employee tells me unless i cancel after three months, they continue to charge my debit card! Im sorry when it says three month committment then month to month, and i held up my end of the bargain by paying my three months, and i have to call and say to cancel, that is absurd! You should not debit my account unless i say so!! I am extremely mad!!!! To me this is a sneaky way to make money. The other ladies that joined also had their accounts debited!! Do not do business here!!! Shady! Shady! They will steal your money!!!
