Amazing Doctors and staff, fast friendly service! Very clean environment. Things are explained to you and all questions asked are given a answer! Very pleased with my experience before and after surgery!
Came in expecting bad news - got the bad news - now leaving not feeling like I was actually helped just quickly read my MRI results and threw a referral my way.
I couldn't get it one because Dr Trappe and his nursing team is amazing always so friendly and nice Sara and Brittany in the office are super nice I had a issue with Trina just about every time I checkout this was the was my 14 year old son got his cast removed from his leg and I was told the amount due was 170 I told her I didn't have it she said either you pay it or the boot stays here I asked so you would let my son walk around with a broken leg without any support she didn't offer my any other options Sara was nice enough to help after I asked to speak with her she gave me other choices and I told her Trina said no either you pay or that's it so if you can't afford upfront payments don't check out with Trina see Brittany she's so nice !!!!
Not happy with this place at all... When you walk in its not personal and no one greets you.. And when I went in to see the doctor all I saw was his N.P. and she wasn't uplifting or supportive at all. Very passive and almost negative - not willing to actually talk things out and be personal. Not what you're looking for when you're dealing with life altering decisions.
Receptionists were nice. You are given a number according to order, you are lined up for vitals, then you wait for your number to show up on a screen while you fill out paperwork. When your number shows up, you find your own way through the maze to your room. An assistant did walk in, in a bit, and asked a few questions. When doc came in he allowed me to ask some questions, but had no clear answers without having to refer me elsewhere. Clearly he is not the doctor for me. But he did give me a prescription for PT. As I was walking out someone noticed I still had my clipboard with my medical history (no one had even glanced at it) and asked for it. I have lingering medical issues and it would have been nice that they be reviewed prior to doctor interview. I found my way through the maze to pay and asked for a copy of the diagnosis (the checkout girl seemed perturbed that I asked, so I had to explain I had several medical problems and this would help me keep them straight) and was told there was none. Does the word cattle come to your mind the way it has mine??
Their one saving grace is their Nurse - I believe her name was Megan working in the 400 level rooms.. She helped calm me down and actually talk me through what was happening. I wanted to walk out and see someone else before she came back in.
Dr. Noble and his staff are amazing!! From my first appointment until today they have always had my best interest at heart!! I was blessed to have found Dr. Noble and his staff when I needed them the most!!
