Normally have no problem with this Ulta location. However, they need to get it together on Sundays. Their door hours state they open at 11am and so did the website yet 30 mins later and they still haven't opened yet. The Google app states they open at 12 but that's the time the Mall opens. Not impressed at the moment at all!
Nice store, part of the mall with its own entrance. Good selection of hair and beauty products from high end to drugstore brand. Well organized but often out of stock on certain items. Good sales in the store and printable coupona online or in brochures.
This particular ULTA has the worst customer service! I was being ignored after asking for help, something I never expected nor encountered before at an ULTA store.
Normal Ulta. Great prices, clean store and safe shopping.
Went in to buy a gift card and received some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Not sure how that even happens. Avoid and go elsewhere.
