I had a new septic put in, and they didn't test it before they covered everything up. I went and tries the plumbing and it was gurgling. When my sales rep showed up for payment I let him know there was an issue, so he called the boss. The boss told me if there is an issue they will take care of it, so I went ahead and paid the bill. A few hrs later we were still having problems so I let my rep know and he text back that I needed to call a plumber. Monday morning I call to talk to the boss I spoke with on Friday and he didn't call me back. Instead the rep calls me to say that the boss said they met there contract obligations connecting to a plumbing line and they wouldn't do anything else. Yes they connected to a sewer line coming from garage, but missed the line coming from whole house. If they would have looked they would have seen it. I have no plumbing experience and figured out that they weren't connected in minutes. Spent 15 hrs digging back up what they covered so I could fix what they didn't do. In the end I feel like the duped me into paying and not completing the job properly. Would not recommend in any way.
Murphy Cormier General Contractors is an outstanding place of business that builds and construct sewer septer tanks that also deliver and install for places of business. I'm Norman Gray and worked as an employee for Mr. Cormier in 1999. My job title was to set up forms for the tanks and pour and finish in the main tanks that was the Louisiana and Texas tanks for the next day to have installation of pipe fittings before completion.
