She was confused too that why would I not be allowed to take a few straws, no one cares anywhere for taking a couple straws. But the store lady was still shouting from back, so I just gave the straws back to lady at gate and told her that this was too cheap. For the first time in my life I felt like I was deliberately insulted for a 10c straw. Wow! For all the times we've eaten and got membership there, this was real cheap. Their employees should realise the importance or customers. When we ask restaurants for a couple straw, they give us a bunch, and these guys... terrible..

I bought a dutch oven that has a lifetime warranty from Sam's the brand Tramontina on my plus card. After 4 uses the inside bottom start to chip off. I bring it back and the young lady tells me she can't find my receipt in the system but the pot rings up from coming from their store. So now I'm told the value on the refund is $18.00 WOW! !!! So now I had to pay the difference on a new one $59.99 thank you Sam's.
Went to pick up a cake, but they were horrible. Ask the bakery associate if she had a better looking one in her cooler. She came back with one, and it was falling apart. It was just, as worse as the one's on the show case. U can't serve nothing like that to the customers.
After visiting tiki tubing for many years I have to say I was really excited to visit this past Saturday... I was SHOCKED to say the least! It is not the place I remember at all... Tubes were dirty and full of mud, water and slugs!! The float my husband and I always enjoyed floating together on was nonexistent and they only had one option for floats. Sadly I doubt I'll ever go back
We went to this location a few minutes ago. We got a 45 water bottle pack along with other stuff for our drive back to Houston. I didn't want kids spilling water in car so I got a couple straws from cafe area for drinking water. But at the exit gate someone from the store shouted that - get the straws from them. The lady at gate was confused so I showed her the straws in my kids hand and asked her- do you want these?
