I was very well pleased with the service I received. Chris, the young man who was sent to work on my electrical problem, was very courteous, went right to work, did not waste any time nor any of my money, for which I am truly grateful. I highly recommend this company.
I called Mr. Electric out to run a dedicated 30-amp circuit to my RV -- to keep the batteries fresh while it's parked and also allow guests to stay out there with A/C when needed. Mr. Electric quoted a price over the phone based on my description, showed up for their appointment (which was less than 48 hours after I talked to them on the phone), and worked quickly, did a clean job, and were very friendly.
They charged twice as much as they quoted over the phone. I am disappointed.
I called Mr. Electric in Lake Charles about a short in my kitchen. They were there that afternoon! The electrician was very thorough and very friendly. All of his equipment and material needed for the job was there on their truck! I would highly recommend!!
