A officer of this court of no record informed me that I must say something that was not true. He told me that I had to say child in need. I hate liars (Satan is the lie and the father of the lie). So I waited for the lady that said she worked with layers in robes and would provide messages to him them about our concerns but no show. This outcome stems from lack of leadership which has cause my family injury. I called and called I went up there over and over as amicus curie. I asked the appointed fiduciary every time to please stop acting in breach. I told him he was causing me an injury on the phone and every time I saw this man. I needed a in chambers meeting are a hearing with someone with more than 500 brain cell flowing in the same direction. As I was told I would get the chance to present the some facts, about alter paperwork, and conflict of interest. And most important the fraud and theft of a Bond and Security from my home by a Wrongdoer from a dept of store acting in breach and causing torts not following her case plan. Thanking she was a parent company to I but couldn't answer are follow her companies policy. The Indemnity bond has rules. I was not there to do business but to create balance as the only real party in interest . I had no one in trust and the constructed records where fictionalized. I had a notice of real party in interest and notorized affidavit to submit and agreement of the party. I being a third party interested intervener showed up to address the injury and stop the contraversey. Mean while being targeted for my religious beliefs by DCFS not following there own policies. I felt in fear while being forced to act in a capcity in which I do not act in are consent to act in. This lack of trust and misrepresentation of the person are persons cause serious injuries to me and my family. I came in good faith and made Special Appearances to address the court to correct there record to produce harmony .There was a serious breach of trust as in GOD we trust. Prejudice actions against me myself and I by solicitor/interlopers that had no first hand knowledge. Wakeup man of lawlessness . Who may enter into the house of the Lord? One who has clean hands and a pure heart.
I would love speak with an extraordinary about about BUREAU VERITAS, Junior League Of Lake Charles, c/o Jason smith, & Edward D Jones, Book & Beverung, and a dozen more. Because someone need to make me whole again. P.S. The Attorney/Fiduciary debtor still has not provided his Public hazards bond nor his scope of office are FARA registration are power of attorney. He holds liability and so does [nick jr] for not keeping his contract. Looks like someone need to read the book of Hebrews. THERE HAS BEEN A LEAK OF PRIVATE INFOMATION FROM THIS COURT AND I DO NOT TRUST THERE JUDGEMENT.

Very Unprofessional Conduct
My experience with this [What appears to be a Sky high Equestrian/Farmers Market/Children Theater/Jr League ] Court service was very unpleasant. It almost cost me and my wifes life. But this is not of importance right . After being advised by a worker at this court [CATHY]that she would handle the issue not to worry. Well this turned out to be damaging and bad advise and no compensation.. When I called to report a claim they did not provide me a remedy. Appears no one is honest. The man in banc or Bank St was not there most of the time and no Oath of Office was on file at the clerks office are his office period. Rules say he has 30 days to file in the parish clerks office it appears that way. A breach of trust was committed while he was out of Office and I was in. I still do not understand in what capacity are why it was PRE JUDICIAL. I was told 4 days before the trial I had lost.Can you say failure of consideration. If I only knew where to return the green paper. To date I have spent over 22,000 man hours on a process that could have been settled in 20min tops. As I'm the settlor and it is the intent of the settlor that create the law of the trust.
