We travel for work and every town we are in we find a place like this to take care of our vehicles. This location had the worst service by far. 30.00 wash bought the best they had. Windows streaked, rims not cleaned, dashboard not wiped down, console not touched seats had dirt on them. No sign of armoral on anything. They sent someone to correct issues. I normally don't complain but this was ridiculous.
I went to get my car inspected. First time I went, couldn't get one done because no one there was trained to do inspections. Went back the next day, and it took over 45 minutes, just to get an inspection! (My car is only 3 years old, nothing wrong with it.) Made me late for work, and didn't come in and tell me what the problem was. When I asked what was taking so long, tech said there was a problem with the printer?
Have been 4 times, paid the 30 bucks for them to clean and vacuum my truck. All 3 times, they didn't vacuum the back seats or floorboards whatsoever. No carpet in my vehicle so basically vacuum and wipe.
The worse car wash I've ever seen. I paid extra to have the deluxe wash and my truck was delivered back with dirt all over the tailgate and the inside was still dirty, you could see where someone just ran a towel over my windshield with one wipe because there was just one small area cleaned so it made it 10 times worse, should have just not done anything at all. It drove me crazy so I had to pull into a parking lot and clean the rest myself so I see good. Dons carwash is nothing like it was 10 years ago, they didnt even pretend to care anymore. Any other place is better than Dons
Overall a good full service car wash, though I do often leave wishing they would to pay more attention to detail. The last time I was there they missed a swath when cleaning the inside of the windshield directly in the drivers sight line. The time before last there was still dirty splotches on the outside of the drivers side door.... Given the prices, I would expect better
