Horrible! The same older woman with short brown hair probably in her fifties or sixties and is in the first office to the left when you walk in the front door at least that's where she brought us for the second time that allowed my abusive dad two force himself by intimidation on to my account putting me on the spot to make me feel obligated because he said it in such a caring way because I'm too dumb to take care of my own money according to him I needed help!!! It was for SSI I was 18 years old a completely capable adult and did not want him on it finally I got the guts to leave his home and move in with my mom so she took me to the bank For support he .never allowed me to have my account number or any information about my online account and fact made a fake password and a fake username and put it in my phone so that I would think that I could check it like he wasn't doing anything like stealing my SSI guess who the woman helping us was well I wouldn't say helping I would say sabotaging. Apparently recognizing me was completely rude to me and my mother refused until my mom got rude to even allow me to look at my own account lied to us about my dad being a primary and also lied about closing the account when I called the main branch after leaving I signed papers for her to close this and she still left it open is that not illegal? I was so mad I did not even care to catch her name if I would have thought about it obviously I would have I guarantee I will find out and I will report her because apparently she's taking bribes from abusive fathers who take their children's SSI disability money because yes after arguing with this woman she finally printed out one month and then after my mom rudely suggested she should print out more she printed out two whole months and just on two months worth of this he has taken over half of it by creating an online account and transferring it online to another account in his name she practically yelled at us when I mentioned if there could be more than one card and she was overly defensive which is very odd of this woman should be fired this will be reported to the SSI office and she will be reported to her superiors for not closing an account that leaves me financially attached to in a very abusive dad she withheld evidence when we asked if she could create a new username and password for Israel because his father had one and lied about them to him and she refused to do a separate one for him and she said she couldn't close a joint account and then she said she didn't say that she repeatedly did that said things and then said she didn't save them she is obviously extremely crooked messed up woman that should not be working at a bank taking bribes from abusive fathers to steal money from their children who receive disability money and when they are trying to get away from the abusive dad even as an adult forcing them lying to them and not giving them their own financial information is not only financial abuse from the dad it's Financial abuse from her in fact she should be investigated and jailed if she's done this once she's done this before probably stealing money from the bank also. She also left my account open and took my bank card
